Trichocin, WP is a biological fungicide based on the soil fungus Trichoderma harzianum.
When applied to the soil, as well as when sprayed during the growing season, it effectively suppresses pathogens of fungal diseases:
root rot, spotting of vegetable crops
root rot, spotting of flower crops
Composition of the preparation: fungi of the genus Trichoderma harzianum, strain G 30 VIZR (titer of at least 1010 CFU/g).
Preparation form: wettable powder - WP.
Hazard class: 4 (low-hazard preparation), safe for animals and bees.
Shelf life and storage conditions: the preparation is stored in the original packaging in dry rooms, protected from direct sunlight at temperatures from -30 °C to +30 °C for 2 years. After opening the package, use the preparation within 3 months. Use the working solution within 24 hours after preparation.
Compatibility with chemical pesticides:compatible with chemical insecticides and herbicides. Incompatible with chemical fungicides.
Compatibility with agrochemicals: the concentration of agrochemical salts in the working fluid is 2%

Trichoderma harzianum fungal cells inhibit the growth and development of phytopathogenic fungi, which cause diseases, through antagonism (competition) and metabolites (cell secretions)—complexes of antibiotics and enzymes. When the preparation comes into contact with phytopathogens, the fungal cells are destroyed. Soil and plants are cleared of infection, and the concentration of phytopathogens is sharply reduced.
The product's protective effect on plant surfaces (leaves, stems, flowers) lasts for 2 weeks thanks to a protective barrier of beneficial microflora (repeat after heavy rainfall). The plant root system is protected from soil infections for 2 months, and in protected soil for 8-12 weeks.
